AboutSpecialist Physiotherapist Derya Boncuk Kapısız
Özel Sağlık Meslek Hizmet Birimi
I work in physiotherapy and rehabilitation with the belief that every patient’s story is unique.
Even two people with the same diagnosis differ in their needs, daily lives and pace of recovery. That’s why I begin every process with a detailed assessment: together we discuss where the pain or swelling comes from, which movements are difficult, and how it affects your daily life.
I focus in particular on lymphedema and lipedema therapy, scoliosis-specific exercise and manual therapy. What these fields share is that they require patience and consistency — so I stay in close contact with my patients until the process is complete, explaining what we do and why at every step.

How I work
One-on-one work
During your appointment I do not attend to another client at the same time; the time is reserved entirely for you.
Measurement-based follow-up
I don’t leave progress to feeling. Circumference measurement, posture analysis and movement tests are repeated and recorded regularly.
Open communication
I tell you clearly from the start how many sessions are needed and what is possible or not realistic. I don’t recommend unnecessary sessions.
After the process
Every client leaves with a written home program. The aim is for you to protect your body independently of me too.
Let’s pinpoint the source of your problem together
Before any program begins, I listen to you and carry out the necessary measurements and assessment. You are under no obligation to continue.
